Book A TableWe are a village kitchen which means we are versatile to the needs of our community. Located 5 minutes walk from East Boldon Metro Station and two minutes from the main bus route, meaning we are easily accessible from Newcastle, Sunderland and South Shields.
We are family-friendly, so much so our kid's meals are served to the table in fun car plates and we have a selection of games to keep the kids entertained while they wait for their meals. We know how important that 5 minutes with a cup of coffee is for parents (or grandparents) so we have created an activity menu and feel free to grab a game from the front station.
Our secret garden at the back of the restaurant is a suntrap on those sunny days but we have a canopy because let's face it, we're in the North East rain is very likely.
We have recently launched our evening menu which is perfect for date night or meeting up with friends. Our two or three course menu is served from 6.45pm - 10-pm Friday or Saturday.
And that's not just us saying it, we receive 5-star reviews every day for our pancakes, French toast. Check out the Creation Station section of our all-day menu.
We have never seen adults as excited as the moment we serve our Happily Ever Fairytale Afternoon Tea to a table. Chocolate Truffle Princesses, Treasure Chest Brownies, Golden Carriages, Poisoned Apples with cake, scones and sandwiches. It really is enchanted.
