Our boozy poached pear is slow-cooked in Spanish Sangria laden with fresh fruit before being rolled in brown sugar and wrapped in puff pastry before going in the oven to bake until golden. We serve the hot poached pear with runny honey to pour before your first bite.
While playing with churros our chefs created bucatini-style churros, these crispy churros are dipped in cinnamon sugar and served with milk and white chocolate dipping pot.
