An Astronaut’s breakfast that was out of this world! At the launch of @wisteriakitchen in East Bolden.
Perfectly cooked medium rare local steak topped a base of rosemary roast potatoes, sweet potato, blackened sweetcorn and butternut squash. Finished with fried egg and chimichurri sauce. Totally delicious and a perfect way to start the day, or even end the day!
The food was fabulous and so was the company. The details in the decor and the presentation at Wisteria Kitchen was amazing and look out for the other posts I’ll be doing (including their fabulous cocktails). It opens from today so get booking as I know it will be getting booked up with the food as good as this.
